Double door security, with one iron grill door and an inner wooded door. Both door are lockable separately, with draw bolt and key lock.
Drawing room
With a large double window overlooking the green colony of Sujan Sing Park, the main sitting drawing room is well lit and comfortably sized to accommodate a 7 seater sofa set. A built-in TV cabinet and shelf adds enough display and storage space to the room.
Dining Area and balcony
The apartment features a large dining area with a facing balcony. An eight seater dining table with chairs can easily accommodated with enough movement room around.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a dressing area with built in cupboards, large enough to store a couple's clothes and dresses. The access to the master bathroom is through the dressing area, which can be curtained off to provide additional privacy.
Bedrooms 2 and guest bedroom
The second bedroom has two large built in cupboards with overhead lofts with ample storage space. The cozy guest bedroom has room for a bed and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms share a common bathroom.
