Even during construction, the complex immediately caught the interest of Delhi's elite who lapped up the apartments. Retired judges, serving and retired bureaucrats and businessmen bought up the flats and the complex was almost all sold out during its construction.

Today it is houses a cross section of Delhi's businessmen, technocrats, bureaucrats and employed and retired people.
